One of the few Japanese restaurants located in Jamaica, Cocoro serves classic Japanese dishes such as Shrimp Tempura, Chicken Karaag which is a deep fried chicken with onion vinegar sauce and of course sushi. Be sure to check out their lunch specials from 12:00pm-4:00pm.

If you like sushi then you
If you like sushi then you can't go wrong at Cocoro. The service is good and the food is good. I like the jerk chicken roll and their ice cream tempura is excellent.
The sushi at Cocoro is
The sushi at Cocoro is delicious! I tried the Volcano roll which is tuna on top, with spicy tuna inside the roll with scallion. It was very fresh, spicy and flavorful. I also tried the Jerk Chicken roll which I was somewhat skeptical about, but was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. One roll was more than enough to fill me up with a side of Miso soup.
The presentation of the plates were very impressive, service was good, and ambience was relaxing. I can't wait to go back to try more of their dishes. Cocoro comes highly recommended, especially if you love Sushi!
