I was unimpressed by the
I was unimpressed by the dishes I've tried at Spring Garden. After visiting this establishment 3x's, I've never left fully satisfied with my meal. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything memorable either. On my recent visit, I ordered the fried shrimp and my father ordered the seafood combo. His complaint was that his dish was too salty, and my complaint was that my dish was too greasy (but then again it was fried shrimp). I had an issue with the hostess who completely ignored me upon my arrival to tend to the people who were standing behind me, so from the start, they were in the negative. He later made up for it with kindness and good service, but then the plate of food dropped on its way out and we had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare another dish.
