The food here is delicious! I had the special of the night which was fish chowder and tamarind glazed chilean sea bass, and the watermelon sherbet for dessert.
I was expecting the food to be good to begin with, but these dishes fully surpassed my expectations. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned. The portion was very substantial and I could've taken some home with me afterwards (but I chose to finish it there). There are so many more dishes on the menu that I'd like to try and I'm looking forward to going back again to try them.

The service is top notch, the staff was very attentive and knowledgeable of the questions I had about the menu items. Lastly, the ambience is very relaxing with the actual Sugar Mill still working, this was once used many years ago when the property was a plantation. The two man band was very authentic to Jamaican culture and were pleasant to listen to.
I highly recommend the Sugar Mill for a visit!

Food is outstanding, a delightful choice of contemporary Jamaican cuisine, i had a Trio of Conch to start, Fritter, jerked and conch Salad, then I had a Heart of Romaine Salad, a Caesar with a twist, with jerk cashew nuts and breadfruit croutons. For the entree I chose Blue Mountain Coffee Rubbed Lamb Rack, cooked perfectly pink, and then WOW! the dessert, Banana & Jackfruit Spring Roll with Coconut Curry Ice Cream!!!!! What a combination! There are so many more interesting dishes, i can't wait to go back for more! Truly 5 star food and esquisite service.
