In an area surrounded by tourists with prices predominately quoted in US dollars, Jolly Rogers is a pleasant escape back to local cuisine and Jamaican currency.
I ordered the garlic shrimp and rice which was reasonably priced around JMD $700. The service was a little slow, but that's because there was only one waitress working the dining area and also the cashier for take out orders. Once the food came out, it was nicely seasoned and fulfilling.
I would recommend Jolly Rogers for lunch and likely go back again.
