Overall, the food and the
Overall, the food and the atmosphere at TGIF are very good. TGIF has great value lunch specials with offerings of pasta, burgers, chicken fingers (not recommended) and salads. Prices are ok for Jamaica. I agree with the other poster that the restaurant does not have much Jamaican flavouring but then you do not go to TGIF for a Jamaican flavour. I also can say the wings are similar to any frozen wings you could buy at the supermarket and are extremely salt.
I've had the chicken fingers
I've had the chicken fingers there and I highly NOT recommend them...They were dry, oily and lacked flavour...I was very disappointed...The fries were awful too!...Yuk!
Eating at this TGI Friday's
Eating at this TGI Friday's felt just like being on American soil. There's very little difference in the menu options or atmosphere. I was expecting a little twist on the chain to cater to the Jamaican audience. On occasion, they will add Jamaican items like jerk chicken nachos, but not regularly.
Overall, the food was okay. The fries were my favorite.
This is a fun place for drinks on a Friday or Saturday night.
